Referral steps

1. Prior to transferring a case, the transferring veterinarian must call our hospital and speak to our veterinarian to ensure that we can accept the transfer or complete the procedure/surgery and give a tentative estimate to communicate with the client.
2. When transferring a case, the records and transfer form must be filled out and copies of all diagnostics must be included. Any diagnostics/stabilization that can be performed in-house prior to transferring the case helps us progress cases sooner.
